In the Purāṇas, there is a mention of a story in which the Creator warns King Svāyambhuva, saying
“O King! Mountains, forests, and all living beings will soon be engulfed by imminent darkness. Preserve the seeds of creation so that life may continue beyond it.”
The story resonates with the urgent need of the current times to preserve the indigenous seeds (बीजरक्षा) of nature, culture and spirituality in the modern age of “endarkenment”.
Pūrṇapramati has been dedicating itself to the aim of Paramparā Bīja Rakṣā elaborated in our sankalpa (resolve) as,
i.e. With devotion to the Lord and adherence to my duties, following the path of Pūrṇapramati and the approach of rigorous, integrative understanding, I shall act and inspire others to conserve the seeds of eternal heritage for the welfare of all beings. May the Lord of Prakṛti, who resides in the material, divine, and inner realms, be pleased.
Our focus is to create a strong educational platform that is rooted in Indian traditions, culture, philosophy, languages, lifestyle – all of which are inheritances as a part of various paramparā-s in a manner that shapes the contemporary life and living, in a
Śāstra-Aviruddha manner.
The Pūrṇapramati Pāṭhaśālā is an attempt to bring about learning akin to pāramparika Gurukula-s in the modern environs by taking advantage of open schooling approaches and working towards structured open schooling that combines learning from paramparā-s with that of contemporary modern education in an
Conscious and integrative manner.
Present society has two streams of education. One primarily focuses on socio-economic needs while the other on philosophical and cultural aspects of life. These two exist in isolation today. Our intent is to bring these two together which will
bring purpose of life and the art of living as a part of education.
