Faculty

Background

The Adhyāpaka-s (teachers) at Pūrṇapramati come from diverse educational backgrounds, ranging from engineering, law, and commerce to the traditional Gurukula paramparā. Many teachers contribute purely out of goodwill, upholding and valuing the Sanātana Paramparā.
At Pūrṇapramati, teachers are also co-learners, engaging in continuous learning through Adhyayana programmes of other institutions, study circles, and Śāstra-pāṭha with Āchārya-s.

Training

The institution has designed its own One-year Teachers’ Training Programme that orients trainee teachers toward Pūrṇapramati’s values and functioning. The programme includes sessions on language, psychology, socio-cultural understanding, and civilisational philosophy.

Scholarship

All Saṃskṛta adhyāpakas at Pūrṇapramati have studied (trained) through the traditional Gurukula paramparā at Poornaprajna Vidyapeeta. The performing arts adhyāpakas are also trained by practitioners rooted in living traditions.
Within all of our teachers, some hold or are pursuing postgraduate degrees, and several have also completed doctoral research.

Expert Resource persons

In addition, scholars and experts from various fields are regularly invited to conduct short courses, book-reading sessions, workshops, and special lectures, enriching the academic environment with diverse perspectives and experiential depth.

Dedicated Prashikshana Group

Alongside the teaching faculty, there is a dedicated team of more than 10 scholars engaged full-time/part-time in teacher development, content creation, and research.
